    Hybrid Function Panel

The Hybrid Function Panel is another feature unique to the Hybrid line.  The panel gives the option to manually or automatically control the speed of the power supply fan and any case fans attached to the unit.  The panel is optional with control defaulting to auto when the panel is not detected by the unit.
On the left you can dial up the speed for the power supply fan when in manual mode.  On the right you can control the case fan speed for any fans attached to the unit.  From the back of the panel you can see an additional three fan ports.  This means you can control up to 5 fan ports from the Hybrid 1050W alone.  For those of you without a fan controller or with a motherboard not offering enough leads this is an definite advantage and unique to the Hybrid line.
A single ~40 inch proprietary cable run is needed to power the control panel.  Fan extensions are included with the power supply but these cables are not in the same stylish black like the rest of the cables.

Cooler Master has included a nice accessory bag for your unused cabling, a necessity for an all modular design PSUs.  Cabling is included for all but the most demanding hardware setup:

    1x 24 pin motherboard connector
    2x CPU 4 + 4 pin connectors
    6x PCI-E 6+2 pin connectors
    12x SATA connectors
    5x Peripheral 4 pin connectors
    1x Floppy 4 pin connector
3x Fan cable 3 pin connectors

Cables are flexible and long providing you with plenty of cable routing options without affecting airflow.  I had no problems reaching the 4pin CPU connectors even with cables running nicely out of sight.
