ASUS Crosshair Dark Hero X870 and Mini Gaming Workstations at CES 2026

With the gradual rise in AMD Ryzen popularity there has been increased demand for overclocking and enthusiast features across the available motherboards.  During CES 2026 ASUS was showing the Crosshair Dark motherboard.  This board features the X870E and comes packed with the enthusiast features you would expect from ASUS including a 24phase VRM and plenty of AI performance tools built in.

There were also versions for professional users built on the same platform but was lacking some of the TUF series upgrades like coated heatpipes and TUF graphics.

White components seem to be all the rage and the Glacial themed motherboards looked pretty good when matched up with Glacial colored GPUs and Cases.
