    Conclusion

Truly the HAF series makes a triumphant return with the Cooler Master HAF 500 Homecoming Classic.  The airflow and cooling options are a welcome sight for high-end builds. And the 200mm ARGB lights look fantastic! Overall construction is top notch with a solid feel and plenty of room to build. I would be happy to recommend the HAF 500 Homecoming Classic for almost any build.

the overall design of the case still supports the HAF vision well.  There is some compromise associated with including dual 200mm fans while still offering support for all of the popular watercooling cooling options it is nothing a dremel cannot solve.  For those looking to use a standard AIO or DIY watercooling solution you can keep with the 200mm fans or swap them out for smaller units and still retain the same great cooling performance.

I would love to see a commitment to 200mm water-cooling in the future from companies like Cooler Master and others.  The larger cooling surface would not only help to handle current CPU and GPU thermal demands but, also make designs like the Cooler Master HAF 500 more functional in the long run.
