    Card Uncovered

There are four screws holding the Twin Frozr III in place making it exceptionally easy to remove.  Under the cooler you can clearly see the component layout.
The Twin Frozr has become a common cooling solution on all of the high-end MSI video cards and is often regarded as the best factory cooler on the market today.  Twin Frozr III is a third generation cooling design that features two specially designed cooling fans over a massive heatpipe array.  The same style cooler could be found on the popular GTX 580 Lighting however, this one is considerably smaller

Power is delivered using a conservative 4 phase PWM and located on the side opposite of the video connectors.  There is no stock PWM cooler but as the photo shows there are two mounting holes flanking the MOSFETs allowing for a custom solution.
The reference GTX 650 Ti Boost design called for a half-width PCB and while many mfgs opted to follow this design lead you will notice that MSI has provided an extended board design with the 6-pin PCI Express power connector located on the outer edge.
