Typically, we have not published a Podcast Extra during the Christmas holiday season since it would be released on Christmas Eve, and who wants to download a podcast during that time. Well, we have broken with tradition with a fun show about a fun topic.
PC Gamer has published an article titled “30 things PC Gamer has outlived over the past 30 years” in support of their 30-year anniversary. To put things in perspective, The Hardware Asylum Podcast + Ninjalane Podcast have been running for over 11 years (as of this show) and Ninjalane.com started in 1999 some 25 years ago.
In a way. We are extremely grateful to have survived this long and spent that time delivering reviews of high-end enthusiast hardware to our readers and hosting the Podcast you are listening to now. it is sad that some popular trends and items have to go away but, without the old we cannot have the new and sometimes they are pretty great.
