    Borderlands 2 Farming
A big part of the modern PC game is the ability to keep playing after the major objectives have been completed.  This can be seen in Skyrim with random quests cropping up and the ability to improve your character well after you have reached the end of the primary quests.  Borderlands 2 has a similar feature in the form of random loot drops that are increasingly rare depending on their class.  Because these drops are rare a crafty player can "farm" a particular section looking for these rare items and can sometimes spend hours looking for a legendary.

In this episode we talk about farming the modern PC game and how it impacts overall gameplay.  Is farming a good feature for a game?  Or, should game developers try a different tactic to keep their players engaged?  Our raw discussion doesn't really answer that question but we'd like to hear what you have to say.
