The last part of May is extremely busy given that Computex is just around the corner so Dennis doesn’t have time to focus much on overclocking however one of the Ninjalane Team member nikilla decided to give the Gigabyte X99 Champion Challenge a go with the hardware he purchased for the Orange and Black Stack Attack.

Early in the competition nikilla was going quite well but, was eventually displaced by the power of LN2 and “cost of entry” limitations.  Sadly this is the future of overclocking and until the people planning these events changes their way of thinking it will likely continue to get worse.

The competition itself was setup quite well with a dedicated focus on motherboard overclocking even though it spanned over to DX11 based 3D benchmarks.

    GTA:5 Mods
Grand Theft Auto 5 is one of the hot titles this spring with the release for the PC.  With it the game brings FPS and upgraded textures to support seamless 4K gaming resolutions.  Modders wasted no time coming up with new ways to mess with the game from replacing bullets with cars to further texture enhancements and unique physics.

This segment goes over the top 10 mods for GTA:5 as it was on May 11th.  (by now things have changed)
