    Shopping for new Gaming Headphones
One of the joys of building computers is finding that perfect part or component that completes a build.  While the PC might be the heart of your gaming build the accessories are what create the immersion and can often make or break your gaming experience.  High refresh monitors and prevent visual defects and are a perfect match to that shiny new graphics card you picked up.  Keyboards, Controllers and Mice translate your movements into the game and is where personal preference can decide between keyswitch types or even optical accuracy.

When it comes to audio there are other factors that come into play such as comfort and audio quality.  For something you could potentially wear 10 hours a day, those metrics can be very important.

So what happens if your component breaks?  That is the subject of this segment after a pair of beloved Sennheiser PC373D headphones literally break in half and the replacement for this product has been phased out.

When Dennis was editing the Podcast Extra last month he realized that there was an item that was mentioned but never discussed.  The IBM Model M keyboard and much like the Panasonic PX1080i Dot Matrix printer restored on the YouTube channel, this device had just been sitting in a box collecting dust.

Thing is the IBM Model M is widely regarded as being the first commercially available mechanical keyboard and yet has been cast off to collect dust due to more modern keyboard designs hitting the market.

One such keyboard is the beQuiet Dark Mount Keyboard that not only comes with extremely advanced silent mechanical keyswitches but features a removable 10 keypad that can be positioned on either the right or left side of the keyboard and a detachable media dock that can be positioned on the right or left of the keyboard.

This level of customization is virtually unheard of in the custom keyboard market and it is finally available in a quality offering from beQuiet.
