    Conclusion

As I mentioned early in this review, I haven’t paid much attention to the Antec brand since the early 2000’s and based on what I am seeing with the Antec Flux Pro Noctua Edition chassis I should have given them a glance every once in a while.  The Flux Pro is a very solid chassis following all of the modern designs and is setup to be a high-airflow silent design.  From the Antec factory the case is equipped with four of their Tranquil 140mm fans and two P12R PWM fans in a reverse airflow configuration.  The chassis also supports vertical GPU mounting and comes with a few nice features.

The Antec Flux Pro Noctua Edition builds on this by adding a few personalized customizations, the largest of which is a selective coloring of certain panels from back to the darker Noctua brown.  You can also find the Noctua name on the glass side panel at etched into the walnut paneling on the front bezel.  At first, I was skeptical about the authenticity of these wooden slats but, you get a woodchip sample in the accessory package and the screws used to hold the wood in place are at the correct cadence and appropriate size for the material.

To compliment the color scheme, Noctua has included NF-A14x25 G2 and NF A12x25 G2 edition fans to replace what Antec normally includes.  Sadly, Noctua does not have a reverse flow version of their G2 fans however, the higher performance and lower noise profile are a nice benefit for anyone looking to build a high-performance silent system build.

Overall, I feel the Antec Flux Pro Noctua Edition chassis is an extremely well-balanced custom chassis that reminds me of how I do many of my personal case mods.  First is the color change with every removable panel being color matched to the Noctua theme.  The chassis is then further enhanced with Noctua specific components including fan tail extensions and actual G2 fans to replace what Antec normally supplies.  Antec calls the Flux Pro a performance full tower PC case and Noctua has transformed it into a truly silent platform similar to what many hardware enthusiasts have been doing for years.  Combine that with support for multiple radiators and configurable cooling paths and you have a very impressive chassis that can grow from one system build to another.
