This may be a cut down version of the GTX 680 but it has plenty of power for most games and some to spare in others. Arctic Cooling is a Swiss company dedicated to providing a variety of aftermarket cooling products and accessories from power supplies to remote control cars. The fans we tested in this article are all quite good and made from high quality materials. While they may not be the most powerful fans you can buy they do offer a good balance between cooling performance and overall noise.
