In this review we will be looking at the be quiet Dark Power Pro 14 IO 1600w PSU. The Dark Power Pro is the most technologically advanced power supply from be quiet and while every be quiet PSU shares some features there are several unique to the Dark Power and specific to how overclockers and computer enthusiasts use their systems.
In this review we looked at the Noblechairs Hero Gaming Chair. The review sample is in the High-Tech Faux Leather entirely in Black. During the assembly process I noticed several things. First is the exceptional build quality. The material has a nice feel, stitching is extremely good and the components are exceptionally good looking and strong. You’ll find all of the required hardware for assembly in the box either attached to the component or in a separate container.
In this review we looked at the Cooler Master V8 ACE 3DHP Black Intel Edition heatsink. The V-Series coolers were a popular product back in 2010 and experimented with different heatpipe layouts and experimental designs like adding TEC coolers to help improve cooling. While these were innovative at the time, they were still essentially heatpipe radiators subject to temperature differences that would dictate performance.
The Masterliquid Atmos II features a dual chamber pump design that is more compact than previous generations without impacting performance. The high-speed motor features a ceramic bearing impeller to help provide balanced waterflow and thermal performance by targeting hot spots using a larger microchannel cold plate.
In this review we will be looking at the SETA A1 from SilverStone. I first saw this case during CES 2020 and to be completely honest I didn’t pay it much attention. The bezel design just looked weird to me and yet I am glad to have taken another look at this great case from SilverStone.
In this review we will be looking at one of the latest memory kits from Viper Gaming the Viper 4 Blackout. This is a special 64GB performance dual channel memory kit using two PC4-28800 3600Mhz modules with densities of 32GB per module.
In this review we will be looking at the new EVGA Z490 FTW motherboard. Visually this board is almost a direct copy of the EVGA Z390 FTW. There are a few minor tweaks and an effort to include a few overclocking features found on the Dark edition.
There are very few motherboards on the market that I would consider luxurious and my overall impression is that the Maximus XII Formula is precisely that. The board comes with plenty of options for the enthusiast system builder along with a number of cool aftermarket watercooling support from EK. Combine that with 10G Ethernet and one of the best onboard sound solutions you can get and you have a solid base for any custom build.
The EVGA Frostbite 2 is a second generation thermal compound from EVGA designed for CPU and GPU applications including aircooling, watercooling, chilling, gaming and overclocking. It installs well and has great performance so why not try some today.
The ASUS ROG Maximus XII Hero based on the new Intel Z490 chipset is the entry level into the ROG Maximus series and designed for fans of the platform who may not need any of the specific features.
